Hi I’m Sarah, the heart behind Olive Branch Birth. I proudly live and serve in Volusia County.

Olive Branch Birth was born from my deep love for life and my belief that every human life carries meaning and purpose. Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum should be treated with honor rather than simply something that “happens” to women. It is a gift I truly can not get over.

Too often, this gift is overlooked or seen as a burden. My mission is to reclaim its beauty. Through education, support, and genuine connection, I walk alongside women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — honoring bibical femininity, nurturing sisterhood, and empowering you to step fully into the beauty of motherhood.

Nutritional Guidance
Support for whole-food nutrition during pregnancy, including simple recipes and meal ideas to nourish your body and baby.

Movement & Alignment for Birth
Personalized exercises and stretches to support optimal fetal positioning and prepare your body for labor.

Postpartum Visits
Two in-home visits offering gentle support with newborn care, breastfeeding, emotional wellness, and nourishing meal preparation.
